Issue description
The recipe to treat toxic slurry is available, but I have no methods of making it to begin with. It should probably be unlocked with gold, uranium/nuclear, or filter media (which I also can't make), or FM and one of the others if you can do that?
The recipe also isn't listed on the research screen anywhere I can find.

Research wastewater treatment, look at recipes in the building.
