Rubber Maker - Incorrectly mirrored texture

Issue description

When placing the Rubber Maker as a mirrored building, the signage with the yellow letters on with the text "Distillery Company ..." gets mirrored as well.

Reproduction steps

1. Select the building "Rubber Maker"
2. Mirror the building (pressing F)
3. Place the building and wait for build completion
4. Check the sign
