Deconstructing a food market destroys its food

Issue description

Given a Food Market that is attached to a settlement and containing food: if you deconstruct the Food Market, any stored food inside it is destroyed.

This is not consistent with other storage-like buildings. For instance, deconstructing a Loose Storage containing Potatoes will require you to first remove all of the Potatoes to storage before the Loose Storage itself is removed. There is also an option to use Unity to instantly remove the Potatoes. The Food Market neither recovers the food, nor has a Unity option to remove it.

Instead, the Food Market should first require any stored food within it to be moved to storage, either via trucks or Unity.
This would prevent destroying the food if you want to move your Food Markets around, which is especially important if most of your food is stored in said markets. Otherwise, your population will immediately start starving.

Reproduction steps

  1. Have a Food Market containing food attached to a settlement.
  2. Deconstruct the Food Market.
  3. Observe that the stored food is destroyed. To be consistent with other storage-like buildings, the food should have to be removed to elsewhere instead.

It does not get destroyed, it gets moved into the shipyard. However the flow is not great.

I just verified this when I started playing the game again recently. For me, the potatoes moved instantly to a new Market that I built to work around this. Build the new Market first, then delete the old one.

Also, if the Shipyard and other storage buildings are full, are the Potatoes still moved to the Shipyard?
Another option is to have a couple of storage buildings before deleting a Market building.
