Mega Excavator can't drive because of the stumps.

Issue description

Mega Excavator can't pass. He is hampered by tree stumps.
Are you serious?
He's big, steel and heavy. He should just move over these stumps, crush them and not notice.

Reproduction steps

1. Cut down the forest that prevents the Mega Excavator from passing.
2. Watch as the Mega Excavator still can't drive because of the stumps.

This is unfortunately a limitation of our path-finding infrastructure. There is no easy fix but we will be looking into improving this in the future.

As for the 'path-finding infrastructure'. Severely broken since release. Maybe hire new programmers?
