Issue description
When trying to dump a liquid to a Liquid Dump, if the type of liquid to be dumped is removed from the allowed list, any trucks carrying the liquid will lose it, but still have a "cannot deliver" icon above them, even when they are carrying a new payload.
Reproduction steps
- Make a Seawater Pump
- Make a Liquid Dump and allow Sea Water to be dumped
- While a truck carrying is Sea Water to the Liquid Dump, remove it from the allowed dump list.
- Observe the error
- Sea Water is no longer being carried
- The truck will go pick up something else
- The icon persists
