Issue description
I just upgraded my vehicle depot to Tier II and the window movement isn't scaled and doesn't align with the mouse movement.
I use UI scale of 130% and the window moves faster than the mouse does. It's the first window I see hhaving this issue, maybe there are others.
Reproduction steps
Open the Vehicle Depot II window
