Flywheel collides with buried pipes

Issue description

Per title.

Reproduction steps

1/ Dig 1 deep
2/ Build pipe
3/ Cover trench
4/ Try to plan a flywheel...Can't

Game version and build number

v0.5.3e (b225)

Operating system

Linux

This works as intended, but the generators and turbines should also collide.

Maybe close this 'By Design' ?
And I would never use buried pipes. That never works well. Until the game officially adds underground pipes, like in Factorio; don't do that.
