Issue description
From JD:
- I stopped getting gold scrap, no idea WHY and haven't had gold scrap for about 400 years....
- Then during the stream it came back some how... no idea why....
- I did press lots of buttons upped and lowered the recycling percentage, I also upped the amount of laptops and white goods the people got hoping that it would make some of difference and then it started work as the stream progressed
- oh I also removed all 4 6 recycling plans and rebuilt them as a attempt to get them to work again
- 2 saves one taken when I noticed and a 2nd taken when it started to come back...
