Issue description
These popup things get suck once in a while, and game needs restarting/reloading to get rid of them...
Reproduction steps
This issue isn't easy to reproduce, so I have no clue what triggers the bug. I have a triple monitor setup, and do a lot of alt-tabbing (or simply directly click outside the game window in other programs) so it could be related to this.
