ground textures keep changing. when i dump multiple things on ground

Issue description

i found a strage thing where the ground textures keep changing back and forth stone dirt waste .etc. (when dump multiple products) maybe its the grass growing and dying? maybe its the errosion? one of my favortie things to do in this game is watch the trucks dump in ocean and make bridges and stuff. but the ground keeps changing all the time it looks weird! i dont think it did this before update i think i would have notice.

Reproduction steps

1. i dump dirt,slag,waste, and rock into ocean to make bridge. 2. when trucks drive by the ground changes. 3. even when trucks are gone the ground is changing but slower.
