Tutorial: Processing Iron Ore

Issue description

I have build an Ore Sorter for coal first, and then another one for Iron Ore.
After this i recieved the Processing tutorial and now it does not track the Ore Processing. Neighter from the first nor the second sorter.

Reproduction steps

1. Load Savegame
2. Forward time, while checking the sorting.
3. Sorting happens but tracking in the tutorial stays on 0/24 thus cannot finish/complete

The ore processing goal is not related to the sorter but to the blast furnace. We probably need to put in something more descriptive.
