Copied conveyor lift has alternate flip behavior or no output/input swap

Issue description

Conveyor lift (flat or loose lift) will revert to standard building flipping behavior after placed and cut or copied. Or in other words it no longer swaps input for output but just flips/mirrors the lift like any other building. Often I use copy like a dropper tool or network selector. This inconsistency in behavior makes for brief moments of confusion, and forces me to go through the menus and build them. I get that they should be locked to the set height on copy, but I still feel you should be able to invert the output/input just like when you are building them initially.

Currently you can copy it, place it, then click on it, then click F to invert the outputs. Though then its rotated 180 degrees, you have to use X to pick the plan back up, rotate it twice (or F to flip, lol) then finally place it as wanted. At that point I might as well be grabbing it from the menu and building it from scratch because the build tool works more smoothly and as I would expect it to.

So, it'd be wonderful if the F key when cutting/copying a lift would invert the inputs. Flipping it doesnt serve any real purpose anyways as it's no different than rotating it 180 degrees.

I wasn't sure if this is more of a suggestion than an issue, though I presumed it more an issue as I doubt it was intended for the flipping to behave differently in the copy/paste tool.

Reproduction steps

  1. press B to activate planning mode.
  2. place either conveyor lift from the build menu. Note how the F key inverts the output/input
  3. copy or cut it. press F. Its flips the buildable instead of swapping input/output
