Issue description
If enemy ships are defending an oil rig node and chase you off, the tutorial objective for finding an oil rig completes anyway. See attached save for an example - I just went to the node immediately west then north and got chased off by enemies, but the tutorial goal completed, so I assume there's an oil rig there.
Reproduction steps
- in a game where you haven't unlocked ship weapons or found an oil rig, progress until you have the tutorial goal for finding one
- Explore until you find one and hope it's defended (RNG dependent)
- Observe the tutorial goal is now completed
