Swapping middle and right click bindings breaks right click to remove tiles

Issue description

If you remap "Free look mode" to "right click" and "Move Camera (Hold)" to "Middle click" (middle mouse button) and try to remove tree harvesting-, Leveling-, Dumping- or mining-designation by right clicking as instructed by the UI it doesn't work. Middle clicking also doesn't work.

Reproduction steps

1. Load any game
2. Go to options
3. Load default keymapping
4. Set keys as shown in attachment
5. Try to remove tiles on the ground for tree cutting, mining etc.. by right clicking or middle clicking

I think the issue here is that when the player remaps right-click, update the UI to guide them to use Ctrl + click or anything else they've mapped instead on those actions.
