Cannot load save games

Issue description

Saved the game after finishing this morning and quit to desktop through the menu. Trying to play tonight and the loading bar gets approx. 33% then the game crashes to the start menu with an NRE error. This happened on the last several autosaves too.

Reproduction steps

1. Load attached save
2. Crash during load

Game version and build number

v0.6.4 b337

Operating system

Windows

Thanks for the reports, I am struggling to reproduce this. Is this error persistent or it happens only from time to time? Does it happen after fresh game start while loading a game? Any details are appreciated.

An attempted fix was published in the experimental branch in v0.6.4b. Please let us know if this fix worked for you.

Not had it again on the new patch :)

I can load files that were saved before the latest patch- however all of the saved/autosaved files, which are saved on the newest patch (v0.6.4b (b340) cannot be loaded.

Can you share any safe files that fail to load?
