0.6.4a b339 ESC menu falil

After release 0.6.4a ESC menu will pop up, but no menus are able to be clicked on. menus with game all work with no issues. this happened when selecting auto save from earlier in day. Let me know if you need more.

It this issue persistent? Or it happens occasionally? It it reproducible? We definitely need as much info as possible.

it appears it was a one off. i just tried now and is working fine. not
sure what i that caused the failure.
