Issue description
As the title says, the statue magically fills up with fuel gas, while it is still a ghost. I've put what I did in the reproduction steps, but I haven't tried to reproduce it myself. Just noticed it whilst playing.

Reproduction steps
- Place statue of maintenance in planning mode
- Connect pipes to statue of maintenance in planning mode
- Unpause statue of maintenance
- Unity build pipes
