Anaerobic Digester incorrectly process sludge

Issue description

Anaerobic Digester incorrectly process sludge.
Sending sludge to Anaerobic Digester I had vegetable listed as an option first then sludge. It used vegetable option to process the sludge. Both Vegetable and Fruit are showing as full in Anaerobic Digester than has not vegetable or fruit or flat conveyor attached.

Reproduction steps

Anaerobic Digester attach sludge input.
Will process Vegetables or Fruit.

First of all, you don't even have a recipe for sludge activated

Secondly, you don't produce sludge - waste water from the settlement drains into the ocean

Where would sludge come from?

P.S. Why sculpt two lifts when you can stretch with the "E" key?
