Researched item doesn't show in construction options

Issue description

I've researched "basic desalination" a number of research steps previously (attached) and when I go to build a desalination site the basic desalinator doesn't appear. I've also tried searching for it but no luck.

Reproduction steps

Started with the new "Armageddon" map
Played with the intent of building up enough flat land mass to minimize rebuilding
Delayed completing some of the rewards until land masses were completed

The basic desalination uses a BASIC DISTILLER. There is no such device as a "basic desalinator" in this game.

My apologies. I'd been staring at the computer for about eight hours straight and apparently can't see what's in front of me.
