Replacing a vehicle makes it lose its mining priority

Issue description

When using replace vehicle option (ie. to upgrade a small excavator into a normal size excavator) it will forget the mining priority.

Reproduction steps

Steps to reproduce

1. Have a small excavator mining a resource with a mining priority (eg. coal)
2. Use the replace function to upgrade it into a normal excavator

Expected behavior

• New excavator is reassigned to the same mining control tower with the same priority

Actual behavior

• New excavator is reassigned to the same mining control tower
• New excavator does not have the same mining priority
