Move cargo ships to a new cargo port

Issue description

I need to move a cargo ship from one cargo port to another. I don't want to tear down the original cargo port. Are there any options? I don't have a free cargo ship yet.(Edited)Restore original

Either demolish the old cargo depot or find and repair another ship on the global map.
