Camera fails to follow mouse at edge of game border

Issue description

Last update has killed the ability to scroll the world camera when reaching the edge of the view.

Reproduction steps

start the game
move the mouse to the edge of the world view
camera fails to follow the mouse
no setting in options to allow scrolling with mouse
immaterial which screen edge (top, bottom, left, right, or corners) the mouse touches - camera does not move
used to work in previous releases

I guess this is meant to be a feature request for edge-scrolling, which never worked in previous versions. But good news! It was added a few updates ago. So closing as fixed.
