The screen skips when panning the camera using the WASD keys making the game unplayable. My PC hardware: AMD Ryzen 7 5700X 8-Core Processor, Nvidia GeForce RTX 3070, Installed RAM 64 GB, Windows 11.

My issue occurred while using the Ultra-High Quality rendering setting.
I reproduced the issue using each of the Captain of Industry rendering settings in the game options menu. My CPU, GPU, and installed memory should be capable enough to handle the in-game Ultra-High Quality rendering setting with ease.
The issue also occurs with every time speed setting in the game: normal, double-time, tripple-time.
Most likely a driver or hardware issue. Make sure to update everything. Also, look into player.log if there are some specific logs that could indicate the issue.
