Cooling Tower has the wrong receipe stats for highpressure steam

Hi Marek and Zuff,

found a new bug well actually a error in the recipes:
here is a picture of cooling tower (large) and you get from highpressure steam 60 Water back. But for low or depleted steam you get 72 water back?

Compare that to small tower that with large cooling tower (you get the same amount of water back for each recipe)

So the large tower should have 72 Water for each output
The small tower is just for comparising.

High steam would have a lower return, because more water will escape as vapor. The issue is with the small tower.
