Trucks cannot find a destination they can reach

Issue description

Multiple trucks in different locations are giving this error. The 2 red lines to indicate where they are wanting to go leads to a conveyer belt and an assembly they don't have access to

Click on any truck that can't find destination it can reach

What is really happening here is that they couldn't find the path; the player fixed it by disabling truck access, but trucks still have the stale notification, which is confusing.
