a matter of cancellation of a contract concluded

Issue description

Hello.
I'm inquiring using a translator.
I'm trying to cancel one contract that I don't use anymore in the contract, but I can't cancel it.
No contract deal has been allocated to all port facilities to cancel
I'm inquiring because it's too bad to give up the current game save file.

I used a translator.
I executed it with the saved file you uploaded.
The same problem still occurs.
Contract signed 'Rubber 720 -> Wood 360'
The cancellation is not pressed just because it is assigned to the port facilities.

Due to a bug, an unfinished cargo depot near the shipyard was somehow in the way.
