Issue description
Loading the ship for donation or to fix something.
This is what happened to me
Load 240 iron to repair a damaged cargo vessel and send the vessel to the cargo ship, it has left the dock.
While the ship is on route select a donation for a settlement.
The message for the original cargo ship fix still shows on the dock UI.
If you now say Load ship with the donation the original iron goes back to the load ship button, ship already loaded and on it's way
Reproduction steps
On the world map click to repair a cargo ship
In the dock UI click Load Ship
When ship is loaded send it.
Before the ship arrives select a settlement and donate
Back to thew dock UI and click Load Ship for the donation
See the initial iron for the cargo ship go back to load ship
