Conveyer belt connection problem

Issue description

Im trying to connect a flat conveyer/flat elevator to storage unit that holds mechanical parts
tried following

• connecting conveyer directly to storage unit
• connecting elevator directly to storage unit

conveyer doesn't want to load items - displays as not connected
elevator connects and loads internal buffer but once connected to conveyer - the conveyer belt says not connected

tried rebuilding varries times but no luck (everything was builded while in connected mode)
tried reversing flow of belt and putting it back - also no luck

Reproduction steps

1. attach conveyer to storage unit

2. used unity to quick build

3. attach elevator to storage unit

4. attach conveyer to storage unit

5. used unity to quick build

You need to attach a save file.

Is it connected at the other end?

The second end of the conveyor is not connected, so it will not work.
