Low FPS/stuttering after 1-3 minutes after save loaded

Issue description

FPS drops after 1-3 minutes after load, stuttering i guess.
I think something broke in game after some action, loading previous save(10-15 minutes) helps.

Reproduction steps

1. Load attached save
2. Set game speed to max
3. Wait for 1-3 minutes
4. Low FPS/stuttering

Game version and build number

Is this still happening on the latest version after Update 3? Did you try to update your drivers?
