Issue description
There are a few issues with bad layout of window contents when playing at 720p, occasionally making it necessary to have change to a higher resolution in order to play. These should all be fixed by adding 70% scaling. Otherwise please develop and test at 720p as standard. 720p is a perfectly decent resolution. What plays well at 720p will automatically play well at higher resolutions. Unless you are playing on a gigantic screen there is little impact from higher resolutions other than resource usage anyway.
If you develop and test at 720p you will encounter future issues at the time of development and be able to fix them immediately. This will save everyone time.
Also please add the option to simplify/reduce vehicle partical effects or the option to remove them completely. They are a major cause of slowdown on low end machines.
Reproduction steps
Play at 720p. By lab III you should encounter all of them.
