Issue description
Tree Sapling farm a distance from a Tree Plantation.
When i put a Tree Sapling Storage right next to the Tree Plantation the Tree Planters insist on going all the way to the farm to get Saplings instead of taking from the storage that is right there.
In the example, the Sapling Storage was placed right next to the Tree Plantation before the Tree Planters were assigned.

Watch the Tree Planters fetch from ther farm instead of right next to ther plantation
