Could not reproduce. Has this happened again?

Nope, I've been able to load this save immediately after.
Some additional context:

• Sometimes I do have video artifact appearing on the bottom of the screen (regardless of the app)
• I have HP Omen with Omen optymizator - maybe it closed something necessary.

This was fixed in one of our previous updates. Thanks for reporting it!
