Sticky camera panning

Issue description

Camera continues scrolling/panning after using WASD to move camera and keys are released.

Also experienced on 0.7.0 (I'm new as of update 3).

Reproduction steps

1. Start new save (I have tried this twice on default settings)
2. Press and hold, then release any of WASD (does not always happen)
3. Camera continues panning
4. Panic and move the camera in opposite direction (other directions / RMB do not stop this)
5. Press same direction again, release, camera stops as expected

Issue seems to have been specific to proton experimental. It went away after switching to the newest stable proton version to fix a different issue
