Ore Sorting Plant Alert Duplication

Issue description

Attempting to dismiss the alert that an ore sorter is blocked due to a full output will result in that alert rapidly duplicating. In just a few seconds my 2 blocked ore sorters created 112x this alert before I could restore the dismissed alert to visible state. These alerts persist even after enough material has been removed from the sorter to clear the issue.

Reproduction steps

1. Create a mining area and ore sorter to separate rock from other material.

2. Do not allow trucks to dump rock.

3. Wait for ore sorter to fill to capacity on rock.

4. Create zone/allow trucks to dump rock.

5. Dismiss alert for Ore sorting plant: blocked due to full output. At this point the dismissed alert will begin to duplicate multiple times per second, even while trucks move to empty the rock that has filled the ore sorter.

Thanks for pointing this out. Didn't realize it was the same issue since that one referenced mine designations, not ore sorter alerts. I believe you're correct that it's the same root cause.

This was fixed in one of our previous updates. Thanks for reporting it!
