Trucks spamming "no place to deliver" boxes without a way to clear

Issue description

Just did the second "patch" on 5/15 around 9pm. Trucks at my Coal & copper mines are now spamming little orange boxes under the "goals" window saying they have nowhere to dump coal/copper.
This is easy enough to get around by building more storage, but there really should be a "disable notifications" on vehicles in addition to buildings.
I'm still early in the game and working on expanding my infrastructure so I don't much care at the moment that the truck is sitting there full.

EDIT: As I was typing and sumitting this, the popups disappeared. The trucks still have the indicators in their respective windows. Still submitting in case something isn't working quite right.

Reproduction steps

1. Loaded my save (new save for Update 3) after doing the second mini patch on 5/15.
2. Started getting these popups.

The popups had stopped because I had switched windows. Once I reentered the game, they resumed.

This was fixed in one of our previous updates. Thanks for reporting it!
