Update 0.7.1a fails to load game with CorruptedSaveException

Issue description

Tried to load game after updating. Says it fails to load game because my save is corrupted..

The game failed to initialize. Please file a bug report if this issue persists.

I see a few duplicate issues like this without save file. Before you close it, note that this one has a save file attached :)

Note: I fixed it by verifying game files in Steam. Looks like something is botchered after the update, but this seems to fix it.
