Issue description
I was troubleshooting a buzzing sounds when my graphics card was under load (this has been going on for a long time, so it's nothing new) and I purchased a DAC to see if that would fix it. It didn't but in testing this I was loading and exiting the game multiple times to see if the buzzing was still there. After doing that a few times it won't load any of my saves from. I tried the actual save I made, and an auto save from a few minutes earlier and none of them will load. I have attached the 2 saves I tried that wouldn't load
Reproduction steps
Just try to load save and it starts loading. Then just reports an error.
