storage sliders not corresponding to visuals

Issue description

Sliders on storage not working as expected. potentially related to Storage building sliders broken. I am playing on a dual screen setup, the sliders break on the ultrawide (3440x1440). The actual slider seems to be misaligned with the graphics, but it works properly on my smaller screen.

Reproduction steps

1. Load up any game
2. Create storage (any will do)
3. Attempt to set limits (keep full or keep empty)
4. Works ok on smaller screen but doesn't visually align on bigger screens?

would like to report that my game seems to have updated to b413 and it seemed fixed so I'll close this bug report.
