Issue description
May or may not be a bug, but I took a Construction III loan out, for 100, let it lapse a few times, and then attempted to pay it back, however the trading dock buffer (45) was never met, generally around 20 or 40, so the payment (inclusive of interest) was never met.
When the payment was marked as failed after the buffer, the 40 items, would simply disappear. Not returned and not paid toward the loan.
Reproduction steps
Take a loan out for any item, don't pay it back over a period, incur interested, increase payments, fail to meet the payment amount in the included window.
