No alert when cargo has no free storage space (cannot deliver, no destination)

Issue description

Except in cases with mixed ore.

For example, harvesting trees without wood storage.

I don't follow. Is this a bug or a feature request? Throwing an alert any time there is no valid destination could spam a lot.

Alerts for trucks are not displayed, when they are loaded with only one type of resource. Alerts were displayed before the Update 3 was released.
