Starting Housing Bug

Issue description

I've noticed that my FPS drops MASSIVELY when place the construction blueprint for the settlement's first housing addition. I get weird graphical glitches (looks like flaring from lighting firing wrong, feels like the skybox peeks through the rendering pipeline when it shouldn't). Additionally if you select trees for harvest they can do weird graphical offsets when at a certain zoom level so their highlighting becomes offset and then when you move the camera the highlighting snaps back.

Reproduction steps

Start a brand new game and place your first housing unit. Then select trees for harvest. Move the camera around and zoom in a different levels. Until the construction starts on the house ie the units are delivered and it it has the construction tent animation starting letting you know the building is in progress, you can trigger the tree harvester bug, FPS hit.

hardware behavior note; I literally heard my GPU fan kick into overdrive once the final materials were being delivered to the house and my frame rate stabilized after the house was built.

We've recently optimized housing, but it shouldn't be noticeable in the early game, even if not optimized. Regarding the glitches, I assume that's something with your GPU or drivers. This doesn't happen by default, and I haven't seen this reported so far. I recommend debugging your system and also looking into logs, especially Unity's player.log, as it might have some information to start with.
