Issue description
When drawing the control area for a Mining control tower using the rectangle tool introduced in 0.7.1a the size is now limited to a much larger area. In previous versions the control area had a more limited extent. After drawing the new maximum size using the Rect tool, if the user tries to adjust any vertex it will cause the vertex to shrink back to the old maximum extent for control areas. Dragging the entire control area without resizing does not cause this behavior.
Reproduction steps
- Place a Mining control tower and click the ghost or completed tower to open the settings
- Click the Edit area button
- Click the Rect button and create a new control area by dragging from top left to bottom right until the rectangle stops expanding and release the mouse button
- Click and drag any vertex
