Rail Track Gradient Error

Fixed

Issue description

Rail tracks on excavated slopes are shown as a gradient of 25%, but on the previous version, placing a mining or tree planting area showed the areas dimensions in metres. From that a mining tile was 8m x 8m, (smallest squares are 2m x 2m) so the gradient of an excavated slope was 1 in 8 or 12.5% and not 25%. Not easy, but measuring slope on screen agrees with this12.5% value.

Reproduction steps

Make a slope and measure it. Or load old version and look at a mining area.

Ramps in COI are 4 tiles wide at 1 tile height difference, 1/4 = 25%. Steep tracks that follow the grade of mining or dumping designations have grade of 25%. Less steep tracks with 12.5% gradient are 1:8, one tile up for 8 tiles distance.

So the vertical interval is also 2 metres. With the lack of any information to the contrary, I assumed it was 1m. This means the retaining walls are actually 10 metres high.
