When I finish researching the cargo port in the lab, nothing changes in the construction menu and I can't build this port. Did update 3 maybe break something? It works up to this point, but now I can't play any further.

It is behind of 'truck icon' (logistics) on bottom bar, I also been struggling find some building. But they are there.
The problem is that on the left side of logistics are conveyor belts and on the right is terraforming. After researching cargo ports there are no new icon on the bottom bar. But thank you for your answer.
OK, I found it. Thank you once more.
