Issue description
Hello,
When mining and trying to switch between flat and "graded" it doesn't always work. The grades will switch to corner angles instead of going flat. Rotate doesn't always work either.
Reproduction steps
I wish I was more computer savvy but, I don't have anything else to share.
It's pretty basic, when setting up mining parameters the initial few sets work fine. Actually, now that I think of it I wasn't having any issues until I added several miners to the coal mine. Once I was at 3 miners the "grades" and rotate/flatten weren't working properly.
