Assembler V don't have recipe for uranium rods

Issue description

Well, as in title, assembler V don't have recipe for uranium rods with doubled speed in comparison to assembler IV.

Reproduction steps

1. Place assembler IV
2. You see recipe for uranium rods, 4 enriched uranium 4% + 2 steel = 4 uranium rods
3. Place assembler V
4. You don't see recipe for uranium rods where it should be 8 enriched uranium 4% + 4 steel = 8 uranium rods

Just tried it and I can see the recipe present in Assembly III, IV and V. Maybe some older issue that got already fixed. If you experience it again, please file a new issue, but make sure to attach a save file. Thanks!
