Research pollution 2 not working

Issue description

When I try to reserach ships or vehicles pollution 2, it is not getting researched when it reaches 100%

Reproduction steps

1. Start research vehicles or ships pollution 2
2. Wait until finishes
3. Now it is not researched but it shows as not researched and you can start again from 0%

v0.7.1d (b419)

Operating system

Windows

That seems a bit unlikely, we don't have any other reports around this. However, without a save file, we can't do much. If you have one, please file a new issue and attach it.

Sorry, I figured out that research is repeatable. That is why I initially thought it was not working. My mistake, I should have come back to this and closed the issue.
