Trucks Ignoring Priority not loading iron.

Issue description

Trucks are not only ignoring priority but refuse to load the assembly with Iron for construction parts

Reproduction steps

Trucks will not load the assembly with iron and are ignoring priority. I connected a belt and it seemed to fix it briefly. Trucks would load the wood and concrete for the construction parts. Once I removed the belt trucks stopped loading everything again.

Shoot sorry I deleted the save and started over. I just submitted another similar issue w/ electronics and wood storage. Trying to figure out how to upload the save.
