Issue description
For some reason, haul trucks from the coal mine completely ignore the nearest fuel station and instead go to refuel on the opposite side of the island. If I demolish the other station, the trucks still go to the opposite side, but this time to the diesel storage instead.
Reproduction steps
- Load attached save file.
- Watch where the truck goes to refuel.
