Issue description
I ran into this bug when I was playing for sometime and 2 of my belts were not pushing the items down the line. The situation I'm talking about it is I had a Tier 1 Ore sorter hooked up with 3 belts one belt going to each loose storage. I was sorting Coal, Rock, & Dirt. the ones that kept getting stuck even when the storage was empty was Dirt and Rock. the same thing happen in a slag loose storage when it was outputting slag from 2 of my Tier 1 Blast Furnace's. I did save the game and restarted my last save and the problem is not there anymore so far. the last time I hard save just for information for the devs was 4hrs before the restart save.
Reproduction steps
in the ore sorter i was removing Dirt and Rock. I also used unity on the storage to clear the Dirt and Rock. I don't know how I can trigger it again.
